Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how full the dining room was — always a good sign. The vibe was classic and nostalgic: red carpets, framed press clippings, a very cash-blessed Buddha at the entrance, and servers who move with the quiet efficiency of a place that’s been doing this right for decades.
We ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the fried pork chops with jalapeños — both excellent. The noodles were perfectly chewy with a subtle smoky wok flavor, not too oily, and generous with chicken and vegetables. The pork chops were addictive — crispy on the outside, tender inside, with just the right kick from the jalapeños.
Service was kind and fast. Portions were generous. Prices reasonable. There’s something reassuring about a restaurant that isn’t trying to be trendy — just consistently good.
Would absolutely come back. Next time, I’m bringing more people so we can order half the menu.
OMG! What can I say.
Food: orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, braised? green beans, chicken pad Thai, egg rolls, chicken dumplings, and egg fried rice. I guess we were hungry. Errthang was made fresh (wok to table!), steaming hot, and very flavorful.
Service: on point. We got seated right away. Very friendly. Very busy, and that's always a good sign that their food is good.
Atmosphere: cozy. There are plenty of tables and booths. Perfect for big gatherings. Price range is typical Asian cuisine $$. It's worth it. Plus, you'll have leftovers, so it's like buy one get one.
Great Chinese food restaurant, don't let the name fool you! Give it a try.

Just as good as any of the best spots in chinatown!
Food was really good and comforting. Restaurant is very clean, doesn’t smell like typical Chinese restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night for dinner, so there was no wait and the food came out quick! Service was great, attentive and friendly.

I've been coming here for over 10 yrs. I love the food. It is really good. The service is ok. Some of the younger generation is more friendly than the older generation. But the food is worth it. The honey walnut shrimp, combo fried rice, string bean chicken, and Singapore noodles are my go-to if I'm not feeling something new. Very few times have i been disappointed.

It was Fabulous ?
My favorite Chinese restaurant ever. We've been coming here since I was young. The owners are incredibly kind and multilingual, and always speak so kindly to my mom. Everything is delicious consistently.

Great Chinese seafood if you're in LB or at the airport and can't make it to Alhambra or Monterey Park, also prices are better than those too.
