This place is a hidden gem for vegan Mexican food! They have one of the biggest options of plant-based ingredients in Long Beach as far as Mexican restaurants go. We felt so welcomed by everyone & has a laidback vibe. They have vegan fish fillets which was awesome as a burrito. The spicy mayo is homemade and one of the best I can think of. I wish the burrito came with rice, but it wasn't vegetarian/vegan so I did it Cali style with fries inside instead. The lunchtime happy hour was a nice bonus! Would love to see their vegan menu get all the praise & highlights it deserves. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a shrimp and cheese taco, the service was fast and kind, and overall clean interior. There should be a picture of the taco here but it was so good I couldn't waste anymore nanoseconds taking a picture

Great food, great price, great service. Some of these past reviews say it's cash only but for the past few years they have accepted cards as well. I don't live here but every time I am in town, it's part of my morning ritual or late night dinner. Open till 12am. So glad I found this Gem in Long Beach.Vegetarian options: If you would like a dish but it only shows meat options, they are very accommodating and you can request any substitute within reason for a veggie meal.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly place.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, same level as street. Tables available.

This place is a hidden gem. Every time I get a chance to come to Long Beach, I try to stop by this place. Authentic, and delicious what more could you ask for? I always get the carne asada quesadillas which is filled with lots of meat, onion and cilantro. SO DELICIOUS!!! And the people here are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this place since the early 2000s, when I was in High school. Not sure if they have gotten new owners but in my opinion the quality of the food has gone way down. Came here about 6months ago and ordered what I usually order (Carne Asada torta). Not too happy that time. Ordered again today amd was disappointed again. Very soggy, meat chewy, no avocado and the bun looked like it was melted with the cheese on the griddle. No flavor, and they must have changed the green salsa because it was very bland. Not gonna go back!!

If I'm in Long Beach, this is the only place I plan on eating at. The beans do not taste microwaved. The mole was amazing. They have cabeza and birria.

We were staying nearby and needed to find a quick place for dinner. This place has really great vegan options so we decided to try it out. The food was so so so so so good. The chips are fresh and the salsa was just the right amount of spice. Customer service was also great and super friendly. Highly recommend.
