Pho 881 Restaurant Reviews
IT IS SO GOOD!! I love the chicken pho and the ginger sauce that comes with it is sooooooo gooooood
Lovely flavorful hearty Pho, nice big spring rolls, and perfect shaking beef. Makes me disappointed that at the end of my trip, I'll have to go home to my local Pho place, that sadly was sold and now sells broth with no heartiness, that tastes like seasoned water.
my favorite pho. whenever i’m in the area i get the oxtail pho, it has the most flavorful broth. i also love their haianese chicken.

Pho 881 Restaurant in Long Beach is a popular Vietnamese spot known for its flavorful and clean pho broth, with a generous amount of noodles. Customers often praise the beef special pho bowl, while the chicken pho bowl is sometimes noted to have rubbery meat and too much skin. The restaurant offers a limited menu with small or large bowls at reasonable prices, making it a good choice for a quick lunch. The large bowl can even feed two people. The atmosphere is warm and clean, and service is quick, with Mr. George working hard to make customers feel at home. Some reviews mention that the basil, bean sprouts, and limes can look older, and the noodles might be slightly mushy. The outside of the building has old graffiti, and the decor is a bit shabby, but the focus remains on the quality of the food. The pho with noodles only is bland and not recommended, but garden rolls are tasty. The portions are reasonably priced, with the small Special Pho at $12.00, cheaper compared to other areas like Monterey Park or Alhambra. Overall, Pho 881 Restaurant is a dependable place for pho lovers, especially for those who prefer not to travel to Little Saigon.
