They say you need to die to get to heaven, but maybe heaven is the chicken pho at pho 881 in Long Beach. The egg rolls are the perfect width for a crispy exterior, but the exact length for a substantial amount of filling that doesn’t leave you needing more. The spring rolls were standard, the peanut sauce was good. The Thai tea was not too sweet, and had the perfect amount of ice. And then came the soup. Phenomenal Pho Restaurant!! Came on a Sunday afternoon and the Pho is the best I've had in Long Beach!. I got the P08 with brisket and rare steak. My soup came out within 2 minutes. Vibe is so raw and authentic. You know it's real when you have uncles and aunties making sauces and cleaning basil in the table in front
