Love this place, it's fun to watch the kitchen as well in the screen. Not sure if everyone knows in the kitchen that they are broadcasted, but it adds to the charme. Food is great and always a great experience.

We love it here and look forward to the openings every semester. This was no exception. The food was very good as usual. The service was excellent. I had the polenta and my husband had caprese salad. Both were good but we thought his was a bit better. We both had the pasta and roast pork with peas. Excellent! As as the panna cotta for dessert. A very nice dining experience. We had a problem with our reservation. We had an email confirmation but for some reason our name was not on the list. That was cleared up soon enough. The cost in the past had been $20 per meal but when our bill came the entree, appetizer, and dessert were all billed separately and significantly more than the $20. I asked our waitress and it was resolved very quickly. Other than these two minor things it was wonder and we're going back next week!

I enjoy the outings to the Bistro & Bakery. The experience and food is most always a surprising variation. When it isn't a recipe with a surprising twist, it is still excellent food.

We shared the Ahi tartar & mango salad & they were both delicious. My husband had the short ribs & I had the salmon. Both were very good. The desserts were great as well. Presentation was done well & the service was on point.

LBCC Bistro is amazing. The students and staff create a phenomenal environment. The food is amazing. It's always great. The students and the entire staff are the epitome of customer service.

First time dining here with the $20 pre fixe menu. Had the tuna tartare appetizer, the braised short rib entree, and the matcha crème brûlée. The food was very good! The service was slow throughout the visit. I think it's a great idea to be able to have the culinary students practice while allowing patrons to try the food!

This is a student run restaurant in the culinary department at LBCC (Building V at the corner of Clark and Carson). They offer a three course lunch (you can select for two options per course) for $20. Best deal in town. The food is good and the service is fast and attentive. Public Parking is challenging. There is 30 minute parking on Clark Ave. There is a student and faculty lot right next to Building V. I couldn't tell if public parking was available in the lot. I finished my three courses in 30 minutes so parking on Clark wasn't a problem

The presentation of each dish was superb. I worked with French and Italian Chefs and the presentation as well as the taste and texture of the food was important. Being able to watch the production from the windows and screens was an added touch of the experience.

Since my retirement I been coming to the LBCC bistro for over 5 years. The food, the service, and the ambiance have been amazing. The Bistro offers a 3 course meal including a drink for $20.00, you can't beat that. Great job?

Better food descriptions- I.e. farm raised salmon, chicken thigh and leg on bone for example. Appetizer excellent, chicken mole good would have preferred temperature hotter. It was warm. Chocolate flan cake nothing special however sweet potato fried dessert excellent. Overall a good meal.

We were very impressed with the Bistro and will return. Being in the restaurant business all my life and past Chairman of the California Restaurant Association, I compliment your team on the culinary educational opportunities offered to your students. The only item I would mention was that the server did not return to the table in a timely manner to check how we were enjoying our meal.

Most of the meal was good, but the quality of the fish was subpar. The fish was very tough. Most of the meals have been great, the fish spoiled this one and that's why I gave it a lower star rating.

We had a wonderful experience and the food was very good. Oliver was a great waiter. The panna cotta was delicious! The chicken Parmesan was good. The penne pasta could have been better. It was bland. The bruschetta was good. All in all, it was good and we will definitely be back. It's a little hidden gem. The price for everything was $20.

Both the chicken & fish entrees were overcooked. Person acting as hostess seated people, who came after us, before us. And we had to wait for the table to be bussed, the other party didn't. Both parties had reservations at the same time.

It is closed for summer however Google says it's open, I was told that it will open hopefully mid SeptemberThe reason for 1 star doesn't mean bad review for taste and quality, it means that you will be relying on Instagram (if you have it at all ) also they can update on their website...be professional please.
