Was momentarily worried when there was no vegan option for the appetizer and dessert but the chef made adjustments so my vegan friend and I could enjoy the meal in its entirety
My guest and I loved the food - the selection, the presentation, the taste, and the amount. We even took pictures of each plate. The Bistro is in a good location next to the parking structure and can be seen by several signs. We enjoyed seeing the kitchen workers bustling around in the kitchen.
The food and service were amazing. The theme for the food was Asian and each course was outstanding.
Great service overall if you're not in a rush. We were asked couple of times what we need and we asked for the bill, the bill came 20-30 min later
All the staff was very friendly and polite. The food was delicious, and the wait time for each dish to arrive was not long at all once you place your order. Great experience overall!
Very happy to support culinary students! I enjoyed my meal; appetizer and dessert were outstanding! I had a crispy, fresh spring roll with savory sauce. For dessert, I had a really fun and delicious durian ice cream with tapioca and grilled banana- I haven't had anything like it before and it was soooo good! Shoutout to the culinary students! Make sure to bring cash to tip them.
The food was fantastic today I had the pesto calamari salad.the cannolis were so delicious
My entree was not warm enough, but it was very tasty. Lulu had us reach for the water we ordered on the tray. Usually the server sets the water on the table so this was different. The
From start to finish, my experience at LBCC Bistro was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious — you could taste the care and skill in every bite. The host was exceptional, checking in several times throughout the meal without being intrusive. I really appreciated the level of professionalism: I was always asked if I was finished before anything was removed from my table, which shows great attention to detail and respect. Every staff member contributed to a smooth and pleasant dining atmosphere. I would rate the entire experience a perfect 10.
Waiter took order and never came back. Busser took silver ware after appetizer but never brought replacements. No drinks ever served after ordering. Asked for more water none ever came. Chicken was gray colored and pasta dry. Disappointing.

The LBCC Bistro is a hidden gem. Its great! The food is delicious, creative and so well thought out. Fine dining for sure!!
I followed Apple Maps and parked further away, as the bistro is actually at the other side of the street. I was early and paid meter parking already, so the walk was not bad. Please check where the bistro is with Google maps if you don't know where it is already. The food was pretty good and at great value, the environment was quite nice. Though I wished for some fresh cracked pepper or salt maybe. The server that first helped me with my order did not get what I said correctly at first, but if was corrected when he re-verified the order. They forgot to charge me for iced tea, I told that they forgot to charge me, and it was corrected. All in all, good experience.
The menu designated for the time I went had really poor choice of ingredients. Very bad choice of dish as well as the fact the food was pretty tasteless.
The food at the LBCC Bistro is always Outstanding. The service is exceptional and the plating is spot on. I am always amazed that everything is prepared by culinary arts students. Everything looks and tastes like it came from a fine dining restaurant. Kudos to the instructors and students. I will definitely be back.
We had so much fun going back on campus as alumni to have lunch at the LBCC Bistro. The menu for the day we made reservations featured Mediterranean style dining. We shared two appetizers—Spinakopita and pita with Hummus, Babaganoush, and tabbouli. Both appetizers were delicious. My husband ordered the sea bass for his entree, which was served with rice and asparagus. I ordered the chicken kabob, which was served on a bed of rice with veggies. Both entrees were tasty and presented beautifully. We shared two desserts—ice cream with a baklava topping and a honey soaked cake. Both were outstanding, flavorful and a treat for the eye. It was a delightful lunch. Our server, Lulu, was great as were the chefs and helpers. The LBCC Culinary Arts program is excellent. We enjoyed watching the chefs at work through the large picture window to the kitchen and the closeups on the tv screens in the dining room.
