Ordered online. Said confirmed and ready to pick up. Walked 20 minutes to grab my order. Staff said they didn't get the order and couldn't do anything about it. Didn't even bother to take my new order, she just walked away. Lazy as all hell. Staff seemed like genuinely bothered that I wanted food.UPDATE: Credit Card confirms that I was charged and the payment went through, so the business took my money and gave nothing in return.

After craving a California burrito for sooo long with no places near me to satisfy this craving, I thought I had luck finding this place! We went to the aquarium and needed to refuel before heading home. The service was great, the girl at the counter was extremely friendly and fun to talk to. The burrito on the other hand just did not hit the way I wanted it to :( it was soooo bland and dry. Even after adding their salsa, lime, and onion it was still so bland ! The salsa didn't have any spice either :/. Also, the burrito was made with guac on one side and sour cream on the other which was interesting cus you just kinda have a single bite with either and then the rest of the burrito has none.

If you're in Long Beach check this place out. It's off the beaten path and not as glitzy as the downtown area a block away but we've come here two years in a row during our daughter's regional cheer competition. The staff has always been super friendly and the food is on point. Plus, they have decent prices on HUGE beers and their micheladas are stellar.

You cant go wrong when ordering. This place consistently delivers excellent food at an amazing price point. There freshe salsa is delicious.
If I'm eating Mexican fare, I want it authentic, not some Americanized chain. So when I saw local workers lining up in Leo's, I knew I had to try it. The restaurant is clean and pleasantly dated, with a heavy wood counter, wood chairs and tables. The service is immediate and friendly. I was craving nachos, so I got an order with Carne asada. I've never had nachos this good. The chips and guacamole are made in house, and they're amazing. My dish had beans, peppers, onion, sour cream and plenty of tender Carne asada. The portion was huge! There is also a nice salsa bar with fresh, house-made salsas, onion, carrot, jalapeño, cilantro and limes. Everything you need to make awesome nachos out of this world! If you want authentic Mexican food, you absolutely must try Leo's!

This is the 3rd time that I’ve experienced poor customer service when ordering from here. The women at the cash register have an attitude EVERYTIME I call in or come in with a snooty condescending tone. It’s completely uncalled for and unfortunate they operate that way with paying customers. I will not be investing in their business anymore due to this and I suggest anyone who has this experience to write an honest review because no one should be faced with people who are having a miserable day/life and experience their raft of negativity especially when paying for food from their establishment.
