Waited 20 minutes for a 40 dollar chicken sandwich , the chicken fillet was half the size of the bun they put it on.

Employees are lazy, the food is greasy and way overpriced .

They have a hard time getting a 2 burger with fries order correct. The food itself is mediocre at best. When asked about the missing fries you are questioned if you paid for it? 15 minutes for 2 burgers and another 15 minutes because they forgot the fries. Eating area is filthy with food and litter all over the place

Excellent Airport Burger & Top-Notch Service!

Was so happy to find a great spot with solid vegetarian options at LGB. They were out of the Beyond patty for the Beyond Beach Burger, but the server recommended the Vegetarian Falafel Burger, and it was a fantastic alternative.

There were a couple of tiny hiccups - a short wait for the cashier to appear, and my burger initially came without the avocado. But what makes this a 5-star experience for me is how professionally the staff handled everything. The cook was incredibly fast, and my food was ready in minutes. When I mentioned the missing avocado, they were super friendly and gave me a generous portion right away, no questions asked.

The burger itself was delicious. In an airport, where things can be hectic, fast service and a staff that quickly and pleasantly makes things right is everything you can ask for. Highly recommend!

Took a very long time to take my order (despite there being only one person in front of me, they just weren’t staffing their register for a good 10 minutes) only to tell me they didn’t have the vegetarian option that was on their menu. Wasted time I could have spent ordering food from a different place before my flight.

Not fast food. When it takes 10 minutes to order and then 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, you should not be located in an airport where people have limited time. Also $20 for a burger should be illegal.

The food at the Long Beach Burger Bar was OK. They were really fast. Everything at the airport is always overpriced. Everything was made fresh right there on the spot which was nice. I did not care for the french fries.

The prices were not listed so it was a scam when it led to $90 with two cheese burgers and chicken fingers. The staff was not very welcoming and kind especially with their bad attitude. The food was mediocre for the price. We waited 20 mins for our meal when there was no line ahead of us. This place was a scam and is not affordable.

I should read the reviews and never come to this restaurant. waitress is super rude whrn i m ordering and food is crazily overpriced. bro you cant even see the price on the darn menu. Urgh

Avoid at all costs, Zero Service, like a disorganized circus, burger was terrible, and they ABSOLUTELY GOUGE PRICING! I mean everyone knows airport concessions are bad, but the owner of this place just Price Gouges, taking advantage of Travelers, creating a negative value proposition. Sad dark times.

Burger was dry as bone. Precooked, bread pre toasted. Fries were decent. Burger and fries for even a airport priced food thumbs down, please stay away. They may be better at some moments during the day? My experience, even warning them I would review them. The food was dry and not good for even for airport food. $30 fries and bacon cheese burger. :(
