Took a very long time to take my order (despite there being only one person in front of me, they just weren’t staffing their register for a good 10 minutes) only to tell me they didn’t have the vegetarian option that was on their menu. Wasted time I could have spent ordering food from a different place before my flight.

Not fast food. When it takes 10 minutes to order and then 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, you should not be located in an airport where people have limited time. Also $20 for a burger should be illegal.

The food at the Long Beach Burger Bar was OK. They were really fast. Everything at the airport is always overpriced. Everything was made fresh right there on the spot which was nice. I did not care for the french fries.

The prices were not listed so it was a scam when it led to $90 with two cheese burgers and chicken fingers. The staff was not very welcoming and kind especially with their bad attitude. The food was mediocre for the price. We waited 20 mins for our meal when there was no line ahead of us. This place was a scam and is not affordable.

Typical airport price gouging. $16 for a hamburger.
Bomb veggie burger. Long wait but worth it. Get the fries extra crispy.

Avoid at all costs, Zero Service, like a disorganized circus, burger was terrible, and they ABSOLUTELY GOUGE PRICING! I mean everyone knows airport concessions are bad, but the owner of this place just Price Gouges, taking advantage of Travelers, creating a negative value proposition. Sad dark times.

Burger was dry as bone. Precooked, bread pre toasted. Fries were decent. Burger and fries for even a airport priced food thumbs down, please stay away. They may be better at some moments during the day? My experience, even warning them I would review them. The food was dry and not good for even for airport food. $30 fries and bacon cheese burger. :(
I know you’re standing in line right now looking up reviews for this place because something feels off. Well, buckle up, because this review is about to take off.
First off, prepare for some turbulence. One minute you’re ordering right next to the grill, and the next minute, they’ve diverted you back outside the food court area where you can’t even see the menu. A real flight delay, if you ask me.
Now let’s talk prices: $82 for two burgers, fries, and drinks. That’s first-class ticket pricing for a coach experience! I mean, I’ve flown long hauls with cheaper in-flight meals. And to top it off, they ask for a tip on top of that? Look, I’m not one to crash a service model, but this is a “walk up, order, wait” setup, just like McDonald’s. No table service, no lay-flat seats here.
The burger? It’s cleared for takeoff at a solid 7 out of 10. Well-cooked, great bun, good accoutrements—I’ll give them that. But for $82? I was expecting more runway. The fries are good, thick-cut, salted and peppered just right, but here’s the landing gear failure: they don’t give out ketchup unless you specifically ask for it. I mean, it’s not even an upcharge! It’s just one of those things that makes you wonder if the plane is being flown by the passengers.
All in all, the food is decent, but the price tag is a real drag, and the ordering process might just send you into a holding pattern.

$15 burger, $7 fries. Quality was that of a $4 burger and $3 fries.
Hey it's airport burgers! But what I will say is the staff definitely went out of their way to prepare the food quickly and pretty well. Definitely one of the better spots for food in this small airport
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian Patty. And it it is good

The lady was nice but it's really expensive and I asked for no pickles or relish and they put both on it, it was also cold.
