Dare I say best fried shrimp po’ boy—better than any you find even in NOLA?! Love everything about this place. Love stopping by while my son plays at the park. Great service, great food! Thank you!

We drove 20 minutes for lunch only to find they were closed. Did Google Maps deceive us or the restaurant?

I place my on line order.
It said the restaurant was open it wasn't it said my order will be ready at 10:03 a.m. and it wasn't. I live out of town I just came back from a cruise and I was picking up the food to drive back home and it really delayed my time. It made me run into traffic & times where a regular two and a half to three hour drive turned into a five and a half hour drive due to the time I started driving.. I should have been given some type of discount

I wanted to like it but… my shrimp was undercooked- still had the white blood stuff inside and i was sick after. The lady was really nice but her hair was swinging all over the food when she was handing it to us. They also didnt know what foods were actually available and asked us to look at what was written down on a hand written sign outside. We picked off of that menu (we also have to tell her what the price was, and it was listed as). Very weird lunch experience. Those large undercooked bull knuckles (shrimp) are trying to make their way back into the world as i type.

I order the alligator, which was disgusting. I took one bite and almost vomit. I asked the waiter if I could change my order so she brought me something else. and when I receive my bill, it still had the alligator on there. I asked if she can remove it since I didn’t eat it or like it at all she said they were a small business and they did not refund anything. Next thing I know she called the police telling them I was refusing to pay while she stood over in the corner hiding watching them talk to me. I don’t recommend this business. People shouldn’t have to pay for something that taste disgusting and if you can’t afford to refund something, that’s not right you should not be in business.

I had the catfish and fries with cornbread it was simply amazing it was so good nice and hot fresh I'll definitely be back again and I will recommend this restaurant to all of my family and friends

My spouse found a place she liked that provided a taste of creole (New Orleans). She tried it, enjoyed and invited me. Today we re-visited. I ordered a catfish po-boy which was crispy and magnificent! The collard greens were perfectly seasoned. Golden enjoyed her dry Cajun seasoned wings, fries pieces of catfish. Our food was so fresh. Stephanie our waitress provided phenomenal service!

We keep going back! Everything is tasty, the owner is very kind. On our way again for Mother’s Day brunch ~ ?

If you’re out paddle boarding or kayaking and looking for a place for a quick bite or refreshment, this is the place to stop at. The service is friendly, food prices are reasonable, and chili dogs are delicious. Highly recommend this place .

My wife and I literally did a u-turn while heading to a favorite breakfast spot when we saw the location had reopened with a new restaurant. It was well worth the last minute decision. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich with Louisiana hot sausage and my wife particularly enjoyed the breakfast potatoes with lots of peppers. The service was also great with very friendly staff.
