I ordered to pick up through the drive-thru to make things easy and fast, but that was not the case. There were about 5 cars in line so it took a bit to get to the speaker, I gave them our code and waited another few minutes to get to the window to get our food. When we pulled up to the window, they gave us our drink but then told us to wait in one of the curbside pickup spots on the other side of the restaurant. We went and parked and it took about 3 minutes to get our food. Why have the order ahead option when it doesn't save anytime, and you have to wait about 15 minutes to get your food?I know they get busy but because of that they shouldn't offer the order ahead option since it doesn't benefit them and makes the customer wait longer.

The employees here are absolutely ignorant and don’t attend the customer right or with any kind of respect I was in line for 10 minutes (keep in mind with no one in front of me) she then proceeds to walk away and still keeps me waiting for an additional 5 minutes after telling me “I’ll be right with you” the worker honestly seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing

i live next to Houghton park and do everything i can to avoid this McDonald's and go to the one on Cherry instead because if i go here my order is always wrong or missing something. I'm not exaggerating at all, this morning i wanted to give them another chance which was a huge mistake. i found two long black hairs cooked into my mcgriddle, absolutely disgusting i couldn't even finish eating.
