I'm going to be honest this McDonald's is surrounded by unsafe conditions, the workers and the customers have hard times getting correct orders, takes long to order, lotta homeless inside and out. Lotta crowding and fights. Do not come here the burger ain't worth it. 😭 drive thru also takes forever.

There has been times I have been in the front and employees will be walking back and forth working but don't acknowledge I'm standing in the front and no one comes and says we'll be right with you. There has been one incident where I was in the Drive-Thru I got my food and when I left 5 minutes after that I checked my order and I had the totally wrong Burger. I went back to the drive-thru and they told me they were closed and they could not do anything about it. Twice I did get the chicken strips and both times I asked for a four piece and I end up getting a three-piece. At those different times they did fix my order.

Disappointing service, they do not follow instruction. I wanted my coffee made a certain way.. Had to go back 3 times and at the end after wasting my work time wasting on drive thru total of almost 40 mins i just gave up.... They don't want to compensate either. They kept giving same coffee but each time was not what i asked for. Im a regular coffeedrinker acdonalds when im on the job and i have had no issues with any other mcd restaurants but this one... It was frustrating and loss of work time.. And when i asked for a compensate another item they said no and kept giving me more lame coffees. Hispanic chick with red lips was making the lame coffees and decisions. The African American lady at the first window was really nice however and head great customer service and great energy so def 5 🌟 for her. Thankyou, the red lipstick chick. Get it right please and if not learn to compensate u wasted 40 mins of my time including writing this review.. Terrible service from her

I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and was genuinely surprised, it was hot, fresh, and delicious! This is the first time I’ve had a burger from McDonald’s that was actually hot, not just warm. Everything was made just right, and it came out fast and accurate.
The service was quick and efficient, and the food quality at this location really stood out compared to others. Fries were crisp, burger juicy, and the overall experience was smooth.
I’m not saying it’s the best burger I’ve ever had in my life, but for McDonald’s, this was easily the best I’ve had. Plus, the location is super convenient, right off the freeway so it’s perfect for a quick stop.
Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for hot, tasty fast food done right.

Restroom didn't have soap, restaurant smelled like 💩. Makes you wonder if the staff are properly handling the food 🤢. Staff was great, cleanliness not so much, experience felt gross.

I been to this place twice and both times I’ve gotten Very POOR service. And I been in line for EVER both times and it’s not even busy only two cars in front of me and no people inside !!! . Never been to a McDonald’s like this before. It’s sad and pathetic. Hire people with common sense !!
