Good service, the ladies who work there was very smiley and helpful asking if everything was ok , the only thing is the food,, we order soups and I asked to be served in a hot pot with flame on the center and only one came like that the other 2 was served in a regular bowl and they need to improve the flavor of the soups. The place was clean and prices aceptable, I would probably come back .

The food was delicious, super homestyle, and packed with flavor. The place is very clean, and the service is fast. You have to try it — don’t miss out!

Some of their food items are very similar to Thai Long Beach and Chiang Rai down the street. But the tastes are not as good as the other 2 restaurants. City of Long Beach is so dense with Thai restaurants so take your pick but this place didn't do it for me...sorry. Also kinda expensive for this part of Long Beach area.

I came to this restaurant the day it opened. The service needed help. I returned a week later to give them another chance to get acclimated and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and super delicious food. Very authentic with lots of varieties. They definitely found a rythem in service and I'm for sure going back. Must try! Yum!!!

I normally don't write reviews but had to this time. I ordered seafood soup from Royal Thai Cuisine and it tasted so awful and the beef salad was chewy and salty. And the price is expensive. I thought it would tastes the same as Mink Quan Thai which closed down in April 2025 but was I wrong! The reason why I thought it would be the same delicious food was because this new establishment is still posting the original images of Mink Quan Thai's dishes and menu and misleading customers. I'm surprised they haven't been sued for false advertisement. Won't be coming back to this place because don't like being lied to. Royal Thai you might get returning customers if you would just be honest. But again your food can't compete with the Mink Quan Thai that was around for over 3 decades. Goodluck.

We thought it was the same recipe or the same flavor as Mink Quan, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. There are only two people serving, and they take orders and collect payment themselves. They really can't keep up, they get confused with orders, the food doesn't taste as good, they take too long to take orders and serve them, and the price is higher than at Mink Quan. In addition, there was a fan where we sat that cooled all our food. Honestly, it was a bad experience.

Royal Thai cuisine is using Mink Quans name to attract loyal customers.
The food, the service is nothing like the food we've come to love. $25 for an order of rice. No soy sauce available. No utensils added to my order. Highly disappointed ☹️

I've been coming to this place since I was 5 years old when it was at its other location, im 35 now! They saw me grow up and have kids and would take my daughter back to the kitchen and send her out with all kinds of fruit and goodies every time we went. When I saw that it was closed I was so heart broken because it was truly one of a kind and the best most authentic Thai food you can find. Truly is sad, all I can say is thank you for all those years of service 🙏 Me, Alizah and brizah will truly miss you and you!

The new tenants that are currently leasing the building at 2821 E. Anaheim St., Long Beach have nothing to do with the ORIGINAL OWNER of MINK QUAN THAI that you all have come to love for 37 years. MINK QUAN THAI HAVE PERMANENTLY GONE OUT OF BUSINESS because the owners retired and never sold their business to anyone. These new tenants are using MINK QUAN THAI trade name to mislead loyal customers and are using photos of the Original Owners food items to advertised as their own. They won't even take down the original MINK QUAN THAI SIGNS. This is just wrong and very manipulative!

Small mom and pop spot with the most mouthwatering spicy crab noodle. It’s a dish I’ve never tried before, spicy, savory, limey, delicious!

Cash only!! and no dine in! We just parked and enjoyed it in the car! It tastes like an authentic home cooked Thai meal and we can’t wait to come back!!

They're a to-go only restaurant, but they don't offer an online menu allowing customers the ability know what to order. How is that even a business model?
