The quality of the fish here is top notch. It is located off Pacific Coast highway in front of a motel and the parking lot is shared. There are probably around 8 to 10 spots available, otherwise you have to look for parking nearby. The rolls here are all good and you can't make a wrong decision. The highlight for me was the yellow tail jalapeno sashimi which was incredible. You'll want to come during happy hour where the pricing is great, the beer is cold and the sake is tremendous. This restaurant is a must try.

Excellent sushi in the Seal Beach area. Don't be fooled by the location, as it shares a parking lot with a single humble motel. The salmon sashimi was fresh, silky and cut thick, much to our delight. The rolls were delicious pieces of art, Highly recommend.

I found this place by living in the dorms next door as a freshman and now on my last semester as a senior i still place order every chance I get cause really enjoy coming back here. This place has great food, great customer service and an overall relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend:)
