Check your bread, we bought some ube rolls and one of them had white fuzzy mold in it. Obviously not fresh.The smoothies are great and the bánh mì is pretty good.

Best Banh Minh sandwich ever!!

Decided to try this place since i usually get Bahn Mis next door at boba tea house, they have since raised the prices and put very little meat in their baguettes so i tried JP Goods and was so glad i came !! The bahn mis are tastier, larger, more flavorful inside toppings, more meat, AND more affordable. on a second trip i decided to try their hand foods, i filled two small bags with an assortment of different delicacies, both savory and sweet types i got 8 different kinds! And my total was $11.50!! And it was all so tasty and flavorful! So glad this place is open. And the two people who attended me were so sweet and attentive, i believe they are the owners. FYI They accept all major credit cards, debit and cash.

There was a roach in my coffee. Very unsatisfied. Please double check your food and drinks there.

Went for the 1st time to get pancit. The lady try to reheat in the microwave some left over food after the fact that my friend asked for fresh one.

Everything is so good here, egg rolls the drinks. Spring rolls should of come with peanut sauce because I like peanut sauce with my Vietnamese Spring rolls.

Decent food for the price. The sandwich and tea were good quality, while the fries and eggrolls I had were pretty mediocre. In fact the eggrolls we're almost too oily for me. The worst thing about this place though is the parking. Park on the street or expect to wait 10+ mins to find a spot. Its really bad.

I bought their Vietnamese sandwich. They gave me a half sandwich with a torn paper wrapper like the sandwich was cut in the center and belonged to someone else coz there was a name in the paper. The size of the sandwich was half of the sandwich you see in their photos. I just threw it away because I wasn’t sure if that was someone else or it’s a newly made one. When I ordered the sandwich the lady showed me the bread and it was exactly the size of bread in the picture. I trusted her so I didn’t open the bag she gave me when I was in the store. As soon as I arrived at home I was so shocked that the bread was cut in half and the paper showed a trace that it was cut in the center. I was so disappointed because I’ve never seen a sandwich that’s newly made to be in half size of their photos. That was a horrible experience.

The food was alright, not the best. Would rather go to boba tea house right by the other side. The portion of the banh mi is smaller in comparison with boba tea house, same with the boba, the cup is smaller and they use crystal boba pearls not tapioca pearls which is a huge bummer. Its good but is not up to par with their competition with boba tea house for sure. Just wanted to try and give an honest review. Good food but would not come back because boba tea house is just better, friendly owners though, kind and treats the customers good.

Great customer service. Went to grab lunch there. So many pastries \u0026 other YUMMY goodness as well there
