Hot, fast, delicious, Vegan tacos. The prices are reasonable. Everything was delicious! They have great food period. This restaurant is an excellent choice for vegans and non-vegans. I only wish their hours were extended.
Normally don't eat vegan food but I had some of this when I went to Vegas. It is amazing so much flavor! One of the bests, also workers are A+++ so nice and always have positive attitude.
I really like the food here. Love the fish tacos and the cheese in the quesadilla is insane? just really limited hours, closes super early and it can be hard to find parking in the area? Updated from previous review on 2022-01-08
Excellent Vegan ?food and drinks! I love the California Burrito with a Horchata, or the beyond burger with the special sauce!
We’ve been coming here for the last year. They’re prices are great, food greater?❤️?
Excellent place, great service, delicious food. everything was perfect. :)
For some reason I was putting off coming here for a while but I'm so glad I did! The patio is so cute, food is flavorful, staff is kind, everything is vegan, many options.. the green enchiladas got to be too spicy for me but that's just a me problem. It's great

One of the best Vegan restaurants EVER!!!...I GOT the California Burrito and it was Delicious!!!...the service was an..\\\"A\\\"!
Good and friendly service. For those of you that are Vegan, this place offers something out of the norm. We're not Vegan but we love to try new foods and this place definitely did not disappoint. The Buffalo Cauliflower is a must as a starter but if French fries are your weakness.. definitely start off with the Nacho Fries. We get those all the time. I highly recommend getting them with chorizo as your choice of meat. The potato crunchy tacos with a side of chorizo are also very good. Another dish that definitely got our attention was the sausage pizza. It was better than we expected. Anyhow...needless to say...we've been there more than once and tried many of their menu items. Bottom line...if you're vegan and tired of the same old thing.. Pancho's Vegan Tacos should be your next stop. Also forgot to mention that the portions are pretty big which is always a good thing. I've included a few photos of the dishes we've tried so far. I'm also including a couple photos of the awesome shirts they sell. The shirts sell for $12 or $13 dollars...I kind of forgot how much I paid. I love Day of the Dead stuff, so I thought their shirts were pretty cool.

Outstanding addition to the community of Long Beach!
Great food and customer service. Used to visit the ones in Vegas, so really pleased that they now have one in Long Beach, especially as I don’t travel there any more.
I like Pozole after all of the ingredients settle with the lime flavors; I find the taste of the Pozole juice/sauce without the onions, lettuce, and radish bland (even with the subtle though tasty hominy and vegan meat inside it already, salt feels necessary). With every initial bite, I feel like I'm consuming a type of soup for when sick which is good (there's a sense of a wholesome filling/feeling in my body after every spoonful). After mixing the ingredients in the Pozole and letting the Pozole settle for about one hour, I don't want to stop eating the Pozole because the flavors are so good, and present-- a very fulfilling meal. The Horchata is sweet, a quarter of a cup, and I'm good (though I imagine Horchata ice cups might be very good, and easier to consume). The meal prep time is about fifteen minutes.
This place is amazing, the staff is very polite and friendly, I would recommend to everyone, the food is delicious. I had the Pozole and it took me back to when it was made by my mom, I would even say it's more delicious Vegan.
We came in on a Tuesday around 11:30, and told we could sit anywhere. They have plenty of seating both indoor and patio. We were helped right away. We were the only ones there at that point. We got our food within 10 minutes. Everything sounded good. We ordered the cheese nachos, which were great. The texture was amazing for melted vegan cheese. We also ordered the 3 taco combo w drink special, Carne asada, mushroom and El pastor tacos with Jimaca drink. They were all tasty. Then we got the chili relleno, my friend said they were delicious. Next we ordered tacos Dorados which are taquitos filled with mashed potatoes, which came with red and green salsa. Very tasty especially with the guacamole we ordered. I also got a tostada minus the "meat". We enjoyed all the items. Great Vegan spot. The place was packed by the time we left. There are only 2 parking spots behind the restaurant as well as 1 handicap spot. Besides that, it's street parking. They also have wheelchair access at the front entrance. I will definitely be back to try the other choices.
