My first time here ?. Immediately I noticed there’s parking available as well as street parking. The inside and outside are clean! There’s seating inside and chairs outside for you to enjoy your cup of coffee etc. The lady that took care of me was friendly with a smile which goes a long way. Did I mention their coffee was very good. I had it black. No sugar no extra junk. Just black. Love this spot and especially since the owner offers so much in dairy free drinks!!! They have drive thru or walk in service. Parking can be a pain. It's a great spotParking: Limited and tiny

It's a small donut shop on 7th street. Parking is tight. The Vietnamese ice coffee was amazing. Best one I have come across in this area. The egg ham cheese croissant sandwich was crispy and delicious. Loved their blueberry donuts as well. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Service here is so quick. The ladies inside are so sweet. There's also a drive thru line as well for convenience.
