Food was delicious and really fresh. But I agree with a previous posting about the staff. I was helped at lunchtime by a short haired girl who responded to my questions about the menu noticeably bothered and annoyed, as doing me a favor. If customer service is not an issue for you, go for it. Food was really great!

Small spot but service was quick and easy. Fish was fresh, bowl was packed to the brim (you can see that everything is smashed because of how full it is). I really didn't need a medium size... And now I've eaten all of it --yikes. They didn't have spam musubi ready yet because they just opened, but if I'm snackish later I'll definitely come back to try.

Stopped here before heading to the airport at the end of a business trip in Long Beach, and I've been thinking about how delicious it was ever since! I don't usually go for "build your own" options but I'm glad I did--I loved how many toppings and sauces I could include. I did a small bowl with spicy tuna and salmon, tons of toppings, and the recommended mixture of spicy sauces, with sides of cucumber and spinach salads. It was fresh, filling, and so tasty.

Amazing food! The owner literally massages the sauce with the meat and it makes the poke so much better than other restaurants. The owner is also so sweet and creates such a lovely restaurant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My favorite poke spot in Long Beach, good portion size and the selection of ingredients/ sauces for the price is better than other poke spots in the area. The service is great, all the employees have done well, but my favorite employee to get is Sam. He’s an exceptional employee and great at his job.

Poke was solid, for the amount of food it was a good price too. Service was quick, but i came at an off hour. My only gripe was the milk tea i got was clearly over steeped, it had a little sour tinge to it which was disappointing.

Only have good things to say about this place. The poke and rice are super fresh and hand mixed by the staff for the ultimate poke experience. The owner, Joon, is so cool and friendly. She grew up in Hawaii and brings so much nuance to making excellent poke. Ingredients are top notch and fresh. The staff prep your food with some serious attention to detail. Easy ordering process - you complete a placard with your order and they get to making it.Poke in general is overpriced and pretty standard in terms of quality. Poke Bar stands out and is a go-to for Downtown Long Beach. They also make a bomb bulgogi burrito wrapped in seaweed with sushi rice.
