I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the person who has made my experience here not the best twice. The first time I just thought it might have been a one time thing. I ordered ahead to get a drink, hot sandwich, and a yogurt parfait. The drink sandwich was ready when I got there, but they had not grabbed the yogurt to hand off with my order. When I asked about it, the person (male presenting, long hair, glasses, uses a hat and is shorter) had to print out my receipt and...

Went here for coffee yesterday afternoon. It was alright. The pastry was really good but the service sucked. We sat there waiting for 15 minutes for our coffee although there were two staff working behind the counter. I can't imagine what it would be during rush hour. Staff definitely needs more training.
