Delighted by the food??a different and very delicious concept but unfortunately with a TERRIBLE service!! ??today Saturday around 1pm we finally came to the long-awaited place RUTA15.... they sat us down, took our order and it was the last time the waitress (young lady) came to our table, we wanted another drink we were thinking of ordering another dish and a dessert but the waitress didn't even have the nerve to return to the table to ask if we needed anything else or if we were okay, she didn't come back, she didn't offer, unfriendly, I was a waitress a couple of years ago and the priority is the customer!!! I hope they improve their service, the food is DELICIOUS but I can't give it more stars☹️☹️

Really flavorful food. Great taste. Nice atmosphere. Had a couple dishes, Cocacho Relleno and a Fried Fish. Also the agua fresca de piña was good. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Service was ok. I would come back to try more. Only negative thing was parking.

My boyfriend and I discovered Ruta 15 Ceviche Bar|Mexican Kitchen, a fantastic spot for seafood enthusiasts and sports fans. We were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The ambiance was excellent, blending sports bar and upscale restaurant elements. Every table was occupied, but the attractive presentations and outstanding flavors made up for it. We had beer, but the skillfully crafted cocktails caught our attention. The server suggested the Cocacho Relleno and Chicharrón de Perscado, both of which exceeded expectations. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We intend to revisit and explore more dishes.

I'll never go this dump again!! This is a wannabe restaurant. Service is horrible! I walked out and ended up going next door where I had some amazing tacos ? at an amazing reasonable price. RUta 15 SUCKS!!!!

We had an exceptional time here at this newly opened restaurant. Since we are vegetarians, they were able to accommodate us. We ordered the mushroom ceviche and potato tacos without the meat. Both the meals were amazing filled with flavour bursting in our mouths. We will definitely be back.

Terrible service…actually we received no service.
Order was taken by a manager, drinks were dropped by a server with an attitude. The hardest person working was the food runner, he did a great job. Once the food was dropped, nobody ever checked on us. We would have ordered more drinks(alcohol) but they never asked. We watched the server and the manager check on every table around us but we waited 20 minutes after finishing our food to finally call the server over to ask for our check.
My advice…hire a new server! Your restaurant might make more money. You lost out because she never checked to see if we wanted more of anything. I wonder how many times this happens and how much more money you could be making.

Amazing concept all around. Went with family and tried a variety of seafood delights. Wait staff helped guide us to maximize our variety of samplings. We will definitely be back.
