Secret Island Tiki Restaurant and Lounge

This place will take you into another world. The drinks are so tasty. What my partner and I tried: Navy Grog and Old Cuban. Sooooo tasty. This place is beautiful. It’s phenomenal. We already ate before coming. So I can’t say anything about the food. The people are just here for a good time. Have fun. It’s a bit whimsy for Long Beach.

Both times I've been to secret island tiki, the bands have been great, the drinks are amazing, the service and food are okay. At the bar, it'll take you a minute to get somebody's attention. But when there's only 1 or 2 bartenders and a 100 people in the bar, it's just like that, I guess.

This tiki bar has potential but is somewhat tiki in name only. The decor is nice. The bar staff seem to professional to serve regular bar drinks and the tiki menu is seems to be something that was thoughtfully created but not being pushed to the forefront.

Atmosphere was great, and the drinks were great. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and service was slow. The food was pretty disappointing. It wasn’t rancid, but the quality definitely did not align with the prices. This is a good place if you want to sit in a room with cool decorations and get blackout drunk for $100+, but the overall experience did not feel worth the cost. Parking was also bad.

Beautiful inside. Drinks were very good. Great service. I would have preferred a different type of live band for a Polynesian themed venue than Country music. That's just me.

Public parking structures everywhere, it was a little hard to find, it's hidden downstairs. You walk in the decor is fun. Good menu good food I would go back.

It feels like your in Hawaii or something in there very dim lighting makes you feel comfy! The Seating arrangements all work great for a good seat everywhere they have live music and dont forget to grab yourself a fishbowl and some coconut shrimp!

Great ambiance, descent music 🎵, Nicely decorated,made reservations for 10 pm but servers were gone so we had to find our own table luckily someone had just left, drink's were nicely adorned and garnished,but took forever to get 2 drinks only 2 bartenders for 80 people,my date was getting frantic,but I still tipped $,we stayed one hour tops and upstairs to dance..

My first time at the restaurant and I had a really good time, looking forward to going back soon.

AMAZING TIME. they often have live music and the decor is amazing. The drinks are good.. its tiki so its hard to have a bad tiki drink. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. I love this place and wish i could afford to go more often.

Never got to experience the restaurant. Had a reservation for opening time. Waited upstairs until reservation time. Went downstairs to the restaurant which was not open. Saw staff going in and asked about our reservation, with no confirmation. Waited outside another 15 minutes then knocked on the door. No one ever came despite seeing us out there since they have security cameras. Just extremely unprofessional. I had been wanting to try this place for over a year. Highly disappointing.
