I haven’t been here in a couple months, but there has been a big difference in food & customer service. Didn’t know they were going to mess up my order when I was the only person in the establishment. Had it been something I wasn’t allergic to I would even post this. Saw some hair in my onions as well.

The food is excellent, but for the price, its more like dine-in fast food. Chicken avo bacon sandwhich, double patty avo bacon burger, oreo funnel shake was $35 after tax w/o fries. I really wish the fries were included on the side. Also, the service is almost non-existent. When you walk in, its hit or miss if an employee is at the counter to take your order. Instructions should be more clear for a first timer who's navigating the self-service option.

First time here, having heard how good they were. Sadly have a completely opposite experience. It's pricy, was $26 hor a double cheeseburger, fries and a shake. The fries felt undercooked, possible since they're thicker. On the other hand, the burger felt very much overdone, two small crispy slices of meat. Guess the shake was the best part, but as a whole bad enough that I only got half way through the meal. Total waste of money. Irks me that it's all self service ordering, but they try to auto add a tip (which you can change). First time, last time.

I love how the burgers taste home-made, like something you'd cook up at a BBQ, nothing like McDonald's or burger king where the burgers taste very artificial and rubbery. Can get pricy since they do not do combo meals, but still love it here.

Lennox was so nice and quick with our order. And they were sure to ask if we needed a refill before leaving. I’m definitely coming back.

The mushroom burger with a beef patty is superior to any other burger I’ve eaten. I loved that this location had freshly cut sunflowers on the table. The kids loved their Oreo shakes and custard!!

The parking was extremely stressful in this plaza but shake shack is always worth it! We circled the lot around 10 minutes or so before finding a spot.

Hi I’m so happy that whenever I go here my experience is always excellent , with the food, service, atmosphere, & I live the closest to this location in Long Beach too.

The cheeseburger & fries were good, nothing extraordinary, but yummy!
