Went there for lunch and had the lunch deal. Got the chicken karaage and that was delicious. Crispy and tender, very good. The classic tonkotsu was good but I wish it had a bit more flavor. The egg was definitely the best part but I felt the pork was missing a bit of crispiness
Silverlake Ramen at LBX is a great spot for a comforting bowl of ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful, noodles are cooked just right, and toppings are fresh. Service is quick and friendly, making it a solid choice when you’re craving quality ramen.
We went for lunch. Had their combination option: Shoyu noodles & the crispy chicken appetizer. Those crispy chicken appetizers were really good. Add a touch of the lemon with the sauce...great! The shoyu noodles were very good too. They add more items in their bowls than some other Ramen places...they add the seasoned egg and seaweed to their bowls at no extra cost. Excellent value for the money. We shall return!
