Employees do not know the menu very well and are confused by orders for basic coffee

This place is great! The service was good, but this location does packed at many times during the day. The products offered are great as always. It's in a library, which makes tons of sense. I tried the warm smoked butterscotch latte and it was super tasty.

I'm sick and tired of Guadalupe having an attitude with my goddamn order bc she wants me to pay for a latte. suck it up. keep your customers happy............

Starbucks is always nice but all Starbucks have Apple Pay except these ones on this campus. Just know that before you wait in their ridiculously long long only to be told to leave because they are outdated.

If I can give this place 0 star then I will. They always gone out ingredients for your drink and just make the drink without letting you know about the missing ingredient. I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher with 2 scoops of strawberry puree. They gone out of the puree so they just made the drink. The drink turned out to be like ginger water. I came back and told them the problem but they told me it is the mango dragon fruit refresher. Why th I taste ginger in there? I tried this drink many times from different places even without strawberry puree, it still not taste this bad. Please train your workers thoroughly. They dont make the correct drink but refuse to admit their mistakes.

Long wait because of its school location and average (typical) Starbucks coffee.

I want to love this location but there have been lots of issues during my many visits. Most, if not all of my drinks, have been super watery, even the blended drinks. The wait is usually pretty long too. I get that the Starbucks here is part of 49ershops and not necessarily Starbucks itself, but all of the ice and water that goes into my drinks is always substantial. I only keep going because of the discounts and convenience. I wish the quality was the same as the non-campus locations.

I am giving 1 star because of the lack of quickness and the complete disregard for cleanliness. We all know they take forever to get your drink out to you, so I don't need to cover that so much. The cleanliness! Yeah right. If you've ever worked in the food industry, you should know: - you never touch the lip of a cup that someone could drink from - if you handle money, you HAVE TO wash your hands before handling anything that can be consumed or handling anything used in the making of something that can be consumed that might make contact with the product. - if you pick up something from the ground, you have to wash your hands before touching anything consumable or anything that touches consumable products. So, the girl making drinks grabbed EVERY cup by the lip to move it so she could make the drink. After placing the lid on, she would still grab the drink by the lip, even where the drink hole was. That is not acceptable. Also, the guy who was writing names on the cups was grabbing the cups by their lips too. This same guy, while writing a name on a cup, dropped the marker on the dirty ground, proceeded to pick up the marker with his bare hands, write the name on the cup, and then toss the marker right back on the counter. To make matters worse, he continued to grab that cup and future cups with his dirty hand on the lip of the cup. If you pick up something from the floor where you and your fellow employees walk all day long, GO WASH YOUR HANDS. And learn how to properly hold a cup that will touch someone's lips, and not touch the mouth hole of a lid with your hands. It's just sad to watch. There's no recognition whatsoever in how to properly handle handle drink cups and keep their hands clean. Thank God that they are not chefs.

Giving this place 2/5 stars. I understand we should feel grateful having more coffee opportunities on campus but this location worries me. The service is generally consistent but the drinks are not!! I usually order a white chocolate mocha or a ice green tea or dragon fruit mango refresher. The consistency of the drink recipe can vary. The service is about average nothing special. The wait time is generally long here and the baristas that hand out the drinks have issues offering waters. There is always an issue with the water system here. All other non campus locations are not allowed to serve the pastries in the display container since 1) they are prep to stay in the container for days (week) and 2) they are never cooked at serving temperature. I have witness 2x that instead of the barista checking for a prepackaged pastry they took them out of the pastry display. The pasty display is not sanitary for someone to eat from since how they prep the pastries + i've seen little ants in them on several occasions. Overall this location is pricy and slow but the other starbucks location in the library charges much more for the same drink than this one. It is ones choice to choose a place.

Not very impressed. Watered down drinks. Service was good but when you pay 5$ for coffee, it shouldn't be watered down. We come for the caffeine!
