Whether I’m stopping in for a quick pick-me-up between meetings or taking a moment to regroup, it’s always clean and well-run. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work. Starbucks, do better. I just had the worst experience at the drive-thru with Bea. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable—rude, impatient, and unprofessional. If you don’t have customer service skills, why work in a job that requires them? I don’t understand how someone like this represents your brand. I’ll be calling corporate because this kind of treatment shouldn’t be tolerated. Horrible experience

I dropped in to get some stuff done online while I enjoyed some coffee. Unfortunately, the WiFi is very slow here compared to other Starbucks and coffee shops in the local area. I didn't think it would be too bad since only a couple of other people were on laptops, but it was so slow that I did a speed test and posted a picture of the results.
Asked to order at counter cuz app not working and person at counter told me more than once it SHOULD work. Explained that it’s not and that’s why I’m at the counter. Worker said i hEaRd yOu. Obviously not cuz why are you repeating yourself when I let you know it’s not working? Rude af performative outrage
