Starbucks, do better. I just had the worst experience at the drive-thru with Bea. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable—rude, impatient, and unprofessional. If you don’t have customer service skills, why work in a job that requires them? I don’t understand how someone like this represents your brand. I’ll be calling corporate because this kind of treatment shouldn’t be tolerated. Horrible experience

I dropped in to get some stuff done online while I enjoyed some coffee. Unfortunately, the WiFi is very slow here compared to other Starbucks and coffee shops in the local area. I didn't think it would be too bad since only a couple of other people were on laptops, but it was so slow that I did a speed test and posted a picture of the results.
