This was the BEST Starbucks experience I have ever had! The entire staff greeted me as I walked in. The staff was happy and helpful. They made an ordinary visit amazing. Thank you!

They would not allow me to use the restroom i could see from the lobby. Claiming grab and go status to get around common decency. We spent over $70 in this store and had been on the road for 2 hrs..

Employees are in a hurry to close long before store published hours. Store closes at 7pm and I walked in at 6:10 PM and was told that they were done serving hot coffee for the day because they had turned off the machines to start cleaning them. The employee seemed in more of a hurry to shut down, than to help.

Not sure why this location is still open, All the furniture outside and inside the store has been removed. Workers explained that homeless took over the store(I feel for them) and that is why no tables or chairs inside. Starbucks management needs to come and see the store for themselves.
Had some ham and cheese croissant in the morning before hitting Anime Los Angeles 20 at the convention center across street. Friendly staff and service.
Service was quick and fast. Didn’t have food just a drink. Drink was good. Different group of people not use to as not from around here.

Been to probably 200 different Starbucks locations, only one person didn’t allow me to get refills for my cold brew lol….. literally got 4 refills from the same location a day prior me but the server today was pretty rude and kept repeating that it was a part of their policy for no refills if you leave the store.
