Wouldn't let me and my 8 year old son use the restroom unless I paid first, which is weird cause why can't we just use the restroom before I purchase something? Then said I could only get ice water with my purchase which whatever cause I'm going to order anyways, SMH! I had to wait in line for like 15 mins! Then they forgot to give us my son's cake pop AND the water that they made such a big deal over! Bad attitude all around, I won't be coming back here at all!

I want to give a big thank you to VERE. her hospitality made my morning thank you very much I ordered a cheese danish and a hot chocolate. I didn't have enough for breakfast but she made it happen thank you very much again
Associate Mar is very rude. She should be trained on customer servicing. She really drags the team down. Other baristas there are very helpful, nice and friendly.
