Store is disorganized and messy.
I really like this Starbucks: it’s clean, cozy, tasty drinks and fair prices. The best part is it’s always cool inside, the AC works great, and there’s a restroom. That’s why most people come here — to chill, use the restroom, and grab a nice drink.

Super friendly staff and an excellent cappuccino – perfectly made and delicious. Always a pleasant stop!
Don't be fool this is not dine-in. I ain't seen a seat in the joint in fact there's no room for it and the one time I went there my drink was made completely wrong. Even though I act specifically for what it is that I wanted. Only good part about this Starbucks is it's in the vons
Inside a grocery store.

One of my favorite locations to visit, because I am a coffee addict; drinking it 60% of the day, with water in between; have to stay healthy and fit.

Nestled within Vons in the heart of Long Beach, the Starbucks here is truly a hidden gem. The unique perk of rooftop parking at Vons makes the hassle of finding a spot in this bustling city a breeze. The convenience of strolling straight from the parking lot into the Starbucks is a game-changer, especially during peak hours.
The interior exudes a welcoming vibe with ample seating, despite being inside another business, making it an ideal spot for both solo coffee breaks.
The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient. Despite the busy location, the service remains prompt, and the baristas are always ready with a smile, adding a personal touch to the Starbucks experience.
As expected from Starbucks, the coffee is consistently well-brewed, meeting the standards we've come to associate with the brand. Whether it's a classic espresso or a seasonal specialty, the drinks are crafted to perfection.
The rooftop parking at Vons is a game-changer. In a city where parking can be a headache, having a dedicated space that's easily accessible for patrons is a brilliant convenience. It takes the stress out of the equation, allowing visitors to focus on enjoying their coffee.

I just went to this location around 10AM there was a line. I waited patiently because I can see they only have one person taking orders and one making drinks. I get it.I finally give my order and I ask for a grande hot white chocolate latte. I see the woman grab a large I SMILE and politely say “oh is that a large?” And she just looks at me, no smile or cordialness whatsoever and says “it’s a venti you asked for a venti” with a bad attitude.I’m like so taken aback by the fact that she had such a nasty attitude. I just said “I asked for a grande”. Paid for my stuff and left.First of all I never get a large/venti anywhere because I don’t want extra milk.So no lady I didn’t say Venti. If you’re tired and over worked don’t get mad at me get mad at your employer. It was just so unnecessary and rude the way she responded.I used to work at coffee bean for 2 years as a supervisor. Never in my wildest bad days would I have ever talked to a customer like that especially when they politely tried to correct me.Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to.
