I often visit this Subway for dinner between classes at LBCC (across the street). I usually order my sandwich in advance and it is always ready in time. Last time that I visited, I order my sandwich online, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. This wasn't an issue to me as there was only one worker and she was handling multiple customers. I was happy to wait and understood she was probably very stressed. She was apologetic about the wait and very kind and professional....
So I was just there to buy some lunch for my clients. One of the gift cards was not working. They verified the balance. The manager swiped 💳 her own card.
Let me tell you, that was the sweetest thing ever. I didn't expect anything of the sort. I am grateful for her customer service and compassion. I don't even live in Long Beach but her shop is clean and has positive energy. The staff is very polite and patient too

Food was alright. They did skip me right after I ordered though.
My friend ordered right after me and they gave my friend his sandwich first. At first I thought it was because mine would take longer to make but then another employee came up and made my sandwich almost immediately so now I'm wondering why the lady that took my order didn't do it.
