Sushi Nikkei in Bixby Knolls is hands down one of the best sushi spots in the area. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are creative and full of flavor, and everything is beautifully presented. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great for both casual dinners and special occasions. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. We've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. Highly recommend if you're a sushi lover!
I wish I knew about this place years and years ago. The overall quality of sushi was amazing, everything was so light and not over weighted with rice and the flavor explodes in your mouth. Every single dish we ordered was exceptional. Our server was awesome and we sat outside which was very comfortable and relaxing. I can't wait to go back.
Tried this place for the first time last night. Perfect night for the patio. I had never experienced Peruvian style sushi and was not sure what to expect. Everything tasted amazing! Fresh! With the unique flavor adds I never used my soy sauce or wasabi paste. I will be going here again and recommending to everyone I know.
