I've dined at both locations and both have exceptional service. The quality is top notch at both locations but the Bixby Knolls location is closer to home so it's my first choice. The fusion of flavors is out of this world and why I always save this place for those special date nights or when my foodie friends want something out of the ordinary. I'll be back again very soon especially since Father's Day is coming up, I might just end up back here again.
We always love our meal here. This time, the service was wanting. We asked to start with ceviche and edamame but the edamame came after our rolls. We also would have appreciated refills on our water.
Food came out in a weird order which kind of threw us off (sushi, then starters and apps) We frequent the Belmont shore location and the vibes were very different. Servers here were quiet / a bit standoffish and we had to keep asking for refills on basics like ginger and water.
