Bought a regular sized layered matcha with a birthday cakepop. The service was very frustrating, as I received my drink first [10 min wait not bad] however it took them over 30 minutes to give me my cakepop...I went to ask one of the employees if they forgot about my cakepop. He said they would give it to me soon, well that never happened. It took them 30 mins later and at that point the ice in my drink had melted. I regret not asking for a refund and just walking away without the cakepop. Never ever going in there, mid drinks and service.

Ordered a cold brew, and waited about 20 mins. I was seeing people that were in line after me get their drinks. Went up to the barista and asked about my drink, and she said they were getting to it; they're backed up... I waited 10 more minutes and people that came in way after me were getting their drinks. One of which was a cold brew. I ended up just leaving without my drink.I know they're busy, but man it still sucks... I wasted my time and money

Waited 26 minutes for coffee. When I asked them about it they casually said oh we must have skipped you! I saw people have the same issue which is what prompted me to ask about the order. Don’t come here if you’re headed to class. Thankfully I didn’t but I could see the frustration in other students as their orders were being skipped or taking longer than it should.

Their app says they’re open. Google says they’re open. The door is even unlocked so I walk in and they tell me they’re closed. It’s 5:30pm on a Friday. Absolutely ridiculous and such a waste of time.

I come here often, only in the mornings. Very friendly staff asides from the one girl who clearly hates her job and has a poor attitude. Is grumpy every time I go there. She should just quit if she cannot show basic decency. Everyone has their days but to project that energy onto others every time you come into work and so early in the day, either quit or get retrained. She needs to treat all customers nicely and equally too.
