Habit Burger & Grill

I always felt like the habit wasn’t elevated burger . Really disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, while the staff was apologetic, my food was sitting on the counter for 15 of those 20 minutes. I got my food and it was cold. Honestly, this meal is super expensive and not worth the wait or the trouble. Just go to In-N-Out. It’s right there and tested true.

The food is quite good.
Char-grilled burgers are the speciality, and side dishes have lots of variety. (Think tempura green beans, roasted cauliflower, sweet potato fries).
For a lighter option, try a big salad or the chicken sandwiches.
Various soft drinks are available, as well as lemonade and milkshakes.
Atmosphere got a 4/5 only because it's a fast food place, so atmosphere isn't really expected. However, it's is clean and plenty of seating is available.

Great customer service, but they got my order wrong. Didn't like the fries. They gave me the wrong sandwich.

The sandwiches and salads are excellent. It is a great, great drive-up restaurant. The only downside /upside is that your food is prepared after you order it. Some meals take a bit of time to prepare. All in all I recommend it highly.

Ordered through official app. They forgot the bun and the bacon. Didn't notice until I got to work and couldn't go back.

The santa barbara was great and so were the green beans, but was disappointed on being served burnt onion rings.

I visited the habit on a Thursday night there were plenty in the lobby it was 9:40 pm and the doors were locked I was picking up a take out I then had get in line And wait behind 4 cars to get my food that I ordered for pick up to not wait, person in drive thru was extremely rude food was disgusting after experience avoid this location at all cost

Slowwwwwww, so slow in the drive through. You can literally sit in the same spot without moving for 7 minutes. Have the large order pull over. Food is good, but omg, so slow.

I've been waiting 45 minutes inside for the $10 meal. The guy who has been in here, sitting and ordered since before I set foot inside just got his food. How miserable. They have a kitchen full of people. It isn't packed by any means, just avoid this fiasco.

This place has gone full corporate. First you hit AI hell when you call with no way to reach a human. Then you get dumped into customer service hell with an outsourced call center that refuses to connect you to the restaurant. All this for a piece of cheese that would be a simple mod any cook could do in seconds. There is not even an option on the menu to order it with one less cheese. Blocking human contact and ignoring basic requests is just plain disrespectful.
