The Pan in Long Beach is best thing that has happened to this city. The atmosphere is welcoming. Second, the staff is customer-centered, professional, and endeavors to make your dining experience among the best you have had. Third, my compliments to the chef. I usually order the Shrimp and Grits. The preparation, presentation, and the satisfying taste is always consistent. Pan is a retreat, a culinary day-spa, and a place to relax and enjoy meal in an environment that shields you away from the chaos outside.

I came in today for breakfast got the lumberjack special. It comes with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash, brown, and pancakes. I asked for scrambled eggs my eggs was runny potatoes and bacon and sausage was cold and then my pancakes didn’t come out until four or five minutes later.
