The food is amazing and made to order. It takes a while to come out since there's only one cook and she has a lot of things to handle, which is probably the reason that the restaurant is never busy. I feel bad because her food is amazing but she definitely needs extra help in the kitchen. This place deserves more attention and traffic, but I feel like it would also lead to negative reviews due to the long wait times for the food.
