Heidi helped us out with planning from doing our tour, to showing us our options, to planning down to the final detail. She was always responsive and quick to answer any question I had. I had a really nice experience here as a vendor. I brought a Photobooth for a 50th anniversary in one of their rooms. It was very easy to get inside, the room was very clean and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend having an event here. They have plenty of parking And it's right by the water.
As a wedding planner with over twenty years of experience, I expect a lot from a venue, the managers and the staff. The hospitality manager, Nancy Elbassir, went above and beyond expectations to provide both the service the event needed, and unexpected assistance the day of the rehearsal dinner.
