Great place, foods okay, some things not hot!
And IF book on OPEN TABLE, that's not the end of it! You pay when you get there, with a gratuity!
Open table is just for booking! Wasn't told that until we sit down and was eating!
I love the queen mary, which is why I hate that I have to leave this review. The atmosphere and service were great. The variety and quality of the food was good, but every single thing in the entire buffet was ice cold, which is just crazy unacceptable For the price they're charging. It doesn't matter how good the food is If everything is cold, it is the equivalent of a comfort inn breakfast buffet at that point.
I brought my mom here for a nice brunch for mother's day and while we enjoyed the food and the ambiance our service was lack luster to say the least. Our server only came to our table once to get our drink orders and only started to pay closer attention to us after we expressed our concerns with another crew member.
