MY FAVORITE SMOOTHIE SPOT IN LONG BEACH. I have tried so many different smoothie places in LB, and this one is my favorite for SURE! The maca matcha smoothie is my go to bc the matcha flavor is authentic and not too earthy or bitter and has the perfect sweetness for my liking AND it has protein. The service is always super helpful and patient. The açaí bowls are also super delicious and there are so many toppings, you truly can't go wrong!

Great açaí spot similar to blue bowl in Long Beach where u can add your own toppings , I do like the flavor of the açaí base slightly more than blue bowl doesn't taste as sweet (less agave or sugary tasting) , they do have more menu options as far as smoothies etc, the only down side is they are more stingy on the toppings don't let you put as much nut butter as you want even on the custom bowl.

I like that this place offers more topping add ons without the extra charge. They have so much to offer such as goji berries, fresh fruits, seeds/nuts, and granolas. However, their Acai and Pittaya consistency seems a bit too watery for me.

I love this place!! A friend told me they were here in Long Beach now so had to give it a try. The best Acai bowls in Long Beach! They have such a variety of bases and unlimited toppings. They also have juices and smoothies that look delicious. I'll be back for more! 5 stars

A little acai place tucked away in the corner of a beloved neighborhood shopping center next to a mattress store, Tru Bowl is easy to overlook. I've been here a few times already, and the service was always top-notch and friendly. They also have a large selection of toppings to go with a solid base, including less common tropical fruits--mango and kiwi fruit. The mango was a bit sour though. Peanut powder was another topping that I have not seen anywhere else. There are a few seats inside the store, and it's clean and the decor tasteful. To truly enjoy the bowl, you have to eat it fresh without putting a lid on it, which generally smash the beautiful topping into a mush. Overall, it's definitely above than your run of the mill acai bowl, but I've had better.

Out of all the açaí bowl places I've tried so far this one has to be my favorite! They had so many different options to choose from not only did we get try their açaí bowl but we also left with a coconut latte which was delicious! Not only was it a great energy booster but it also tasted as good as it sounds.. best açaí in town! Highly recommend

This place is a little hidden on PCH so it took me a while to find it but I'm so glad I finally did. Their açaí bowls are amazing and they have a lot of really good options for toppings - any of which can be added for no additional charge. Aside from their bowls being great, the two women working there could not have been nicer. I will definitely be coming in again!
Just like the location in Whittier, this place has the BEST açaí bowls. Not too icy or melty, just perfectly creamy and good portions. Fruit was fresh too. The location itself is cute and the employees were super sweet. The best place for a great açaí bowl.

I would not come here again. From the 3 teenagers working who were more concerned about carrying on their conversation instead of helping us to the taste. The bases were so icy that I had to use my spoon to obliterate it so it was edible. For $12 each, I expect more.

Friendly staff, and great bowls. Nice clean / modern layout. Lots of choices for bases and toppings...almost too many choices. My only suggestion is, perhaps offer a few more 'pre-determined' bowl recipes on the menu...because ordering can take a while, with so many choices / decisions to make.
