We went to the Newport Beach location a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ordering an acai bowl. The staff was very helpful and patient when I was building my bowl. Overall, from the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was extremely friendly and nice.
Went to the Newport location! The ladies who work here are so awesome and positive. Great customer service/energy and even better food! So fresh and delicious!!

The staff are super friendly, explain the different bases, and are good at recommending choices without rushing. Fresh ingredients are used, and the service is friendly. While the bowls have a lot of sugar, and a dietitian advised removing goji berries, honey, and granola, customers still treat themselves here and there. The point system is appreciated, though it takes a lot of points to get a reward. A smoothie from here combined with an empanada next door is perfect.
