Just found out the bowls have alot of sugar. Sad that my dietitian let me know to take off gogi berries, honey and the granola. It doesn't taste the same. I will treat my self though...here and there. Love the tru blu!!!

It’s got plenty of options, I have had the Tru Blu and The Outsider so far for bowls. I added the coconut base into the Tru Blu and was a fan. You can customize from their base bowls or build your own. Friendly service and good at recommending choices.
I will be testing out their Strawberry Sea Moss that I took home here shortly.

First time there and the staff were all super friendly. They explained the different bases and didn’t rush us through the custom bowl options. Fresh ingredients and clean restaurant- we’ll definitely be back!
