Oh My Heavens!!
I was so excited to find Uncle Fung Borneo. I spent 6 weeks in Malaysia on a temporary work assignment in 1998 and have missed Malaysian food so much. But now it's nearby!!!
It's an incredible cuisine because it's made up of Malay, Chinese, and Indian dishes with a Malaysian twist- with a little heat from the Malay side, rice & noodles from the Chinese impact, and the delicious Roti dough from the Indian influence.
