First time eating here. This is considered fast food of Asian restaurant. The food was just OK nothing to rave about. The prices were reasonable and the workers are friendly. They do have lots of choices on the menu but food quality is 6 out of 10. The portions were small also. I don't know because of the downtown location this place was kinda dirty inside.

It is really tasty and worth for money. I had a chicken Rice bowl with vegies it came around $13. Vegies are nicely boiled. Healthy options and huge portion. I waited only 5 minutes for the order. And I badly wanted something spicy for dinner, staff was helping me and gave me extra packets of hot sauce..

I walked in at 1230 on a weekday to find just 2 people working and an entire restaurant full of people (every table taken) without a single bowl/plate of food. Nothing on the 2 people working their butts off, but clearly this place is understaffed since I'm not the only negative review regarding wait times. I frequently go to Waba Grills and love the food, so this was disappointing since I didn't have time to wait for this location and had to leave.
Really great, healthier option. Staff was helpful in making suggestions and educating on different sauces. Food tasted fresh and you got a decent portion size.

I walked into Waba greeted by someone who seemed to have a lovely and bright personality, but when it came to ordering my food Rebekah took my order. I was very polite and used phrases such as please and thank you which were not reciprocated at all. She was very quick to take my order with no emotion or even a kind gesture like thank you, No smile nothing. It truly seemed like she hated her job, then she called out my order as my food was ready and i looked in my bag normally they’d put extra sauce but there was none so i kindly interrupted and asked her for some sauce. As she looked up at me to see what i may needed she seems very irritated, like why would i ask such thing. Also i got dumplings and it didn’t come with the sauce like it normally does but at this point i was already sitting down and i asked my partner to go and ask for the sauce because i felt so uncomfortable to even go and ask her. If she doesn’t like her job, find another one simple as that. It’s like she was mad she was getting paid to work….. very confusing with this new generation. The only plus was that the food was decent.

Frankly very good food! The woman at the counter was pretty much by herself and managed to serve everybody underneath 10 minutes! Also pretty cheap it came to 15$ for a huge bowl and a drink plus tip.
