I regularly go to Winchell's to get a coffee and a bagel. The other items I absolutely recommend are the "Carmel French Vanilla Chilla", or the "Cookies & Cream Chilla". The staff makes everything perfect here and they are always so friendly especially at early morning hours when most are grumpy and short worded. Highly recommended this Winchell's!!Parking: Finding a place to park can sometimes be a pain depending on what time of day you go. There are a lot of tractor trailers in the area and on occasion they will sometimes stop in to grab a coffee/donut and it could be difficult at this time to try and find a place to park.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible. You can easily go in and out of the building.
Look at food before you walk out she gave me old donuts. She knew exactly what she did. I will be contacting manager.

The lady that works here she was in the kitchen for 20 to 30 min. When another customer walk in she walk to the front she didn't greet me nor smile at me she just look miserable and unhappy. When the other customer turn she spoke to him nicely hi and welcoming him. She probably know and saw me on camera standing there for 20 min and see if I will walk out she did it on purpose. I don't come here a lot so I don't understand why she need to be rude to me for no reason.

A lady that works here sent a picture in her underwear to my dad, we all saw it, we have her framed in our living room. We plan on making shirts with her picture and showing up to have a nice breakfast!10/10 would recommend coffee and donuts ?

This food got school district staff members very sick. During lunch time we ordered their tortas ( which were disgusting) a couple of hours later we were very ill, and were not able to continue to work due to food poisoning symptoms. I informed Winchell's staff and was asked to come in the next day. I showed up at 6:45am to discuss the symptoms of those who ate their food with Winchells manger. I explained that the school district staff threw about half their food away because it tasted odd. The manager said that they couldn't take our complaints serious because we were only "one customer" who had those symptoms and said that we must've all eaten something else that made us sick. I explained that the staff was healthy all morning until they ordered and ate Winchells tortas during lunchtime. I asked to explain how we are all considered "one customer" as there were several orders involved in one tab. The manager continued to accuse us of being sick under different grounds and completely dismissed everything and denied a refund even though a different staff member said we were owed a refund. The manager showed absolutely no compassion, was coldhearted and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

One of my favorite, especially since they offer more than donuts and coffee. The sandwiches are to die for. I mean they are absolutely delicious. The Extreme melts toy gotta try them on a crossiant. I promise you will be back! Also they serve juices that they prepare each morning. Good and super goid!
They don't speak English so it was practically impossible to get what I wanted. I've noticed this with every Winchell's donuts I've been to.

There really good coffee and food place on the go, but they really struggle with English so takes a while to get your order down and there's mistakes due to there language barrier.
