So I drove myself from Barstow, believing that it was under it's previous ownership, which is now be served by new ((!!! NEw Owners & Cooks!!))).
I hope to find a decent teriyaki as this place once served.

Great teriyaki beef with Rice and Noodles
Tom's restaurant serves delicious food, including the popular Beef Teriyaki plate with noodles and rice. The cheeseburger special meal is also a highlight, featuring a flavorful burger and fries. Although the atmosphere could be improved, the prices are very fair, with combos available for under $10. The service is appreciated, and the cleanliness is well-maintained. While some may have minor concerns about the ingredients used, the overall experience is satisfying, making it a worthwhile visit.
