I wanted to love this place but I have to agree with the other reviews. The food was okay (a bit salty and stingy with the protein) for such expensive prices.

I ordered the Yang chow fried rice and they didn't even fry the rice. Gave me 2 shrimp and couldn't look me in the face and say thank you. Do not waste your money. Nothing like the one in LA. Trash!

Really disappointed in my $16.50 Kong pow chicken. Hardly any chicken pieces. It was mostly green onions.

Food is awesome, you can also ask for not spicy if you like and service is great. Family owed and everything tastes fresh.

The food was ready when we arrived. I was really looking forward totry long beach L.A. is to far on week days with traffic.I bought 4 al cartre items 72.64 was the cost. I was looking forward to left overs. Now not so much just a little bit better than Panda Exprees, but not by much.Sorry i wished I drove to L.A.

I ordered the Szechuan beef bowl and the meat tasted a bit funny. The sauce they use did a fairly good job of masking the flavor. Soon after eating, I started to feel nauseous. I thought it would pass. It has not. I have been feeling sick all night. I am hoping I'll be better in the morning. Regardless, I do not recommend this place.

I’ve enjoyed coming here in the past but this food was horrible. The onions were completely raw, the noodles chewy and covered in a salty stew of soy sauce with no flavor or nuance. The beef was basically jerky and everything tasted bland and somehow salty at the same time. What happened?

I had a craving for Chinese food so I went here considering the reviews were decent. I ordered shrimp low mein. What a mistake and a waste of $16!! The noodles appeared to be fried in soy sauce. They were dark and salty and semi hard like they should been boiled first to make them soft prior to frying. The shrimp was salty also. Maybe because everything was made with soy sauce, I'm assuming ?.

Amazingly great food. But even better people and service. They make it personal and feel like a family business. The place look good too easier to pick up and go.

First of all they added a surcharge for using a credit card. No signs or or indication.Mostly a carry out spot but the prices are sit down level. White rice is extra-- such a scam really. Noodles are not home made...it was basically spaghetti with Chinese sauces, and waaay too many pieces of celery. Taste was so-so. I felt like I could have made this dish at home. Very clean place.Very nice staff. One and done.

Disgusting!!!!The pan fried noodles were so stale. Sauce was flavorful if u can get past the fact that it’s all fat and oil. The egg rolls were good. I HATE HATE HATE the sweet and sour soup DISGUSTING!!!!I never ever write a bad review unless the restaurant deems it. And this overly exceded my standard of ‘’mad because I wasted money on nasty food’.

Absolutely horrible quality, I read the reviews and thought this was going to be a great new spot, I went 30 min before close and I think I got all the left-overs. There was a horrible taste to the beef and the chow main was very tough and chewy. The chicken was decent but not for the price.
