About Yang Chow 2.0

Yang Chow 2.0 is a popular Chinese restaurant known for its delectable dishes and excellent customer service. The Shrimp Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, and Spring Rolls are customer favorites, with generous portions and huge flavors. The restaurant offers a cozy and intimate dining experience, with quick service and decent parking, making it a convenient choice for those in the Long Beach or downtown LA areas.

Customers praise the restaurant's express location in Long Beach, which offers the same great flavors as the full-menu locations in Pasadena and Chinatown, but with the speed and pricing to make it a competitive choice for takeout. The "Slippery Shrimp" dish is a customer favorite, and the green beans are a must-try. The service is unbelievably quick and friendly, and the prices are most agreeable for groups ordering a la carte.

The interior is small and very clean, while outdoor patio tables provide additional seating for larger groups. Food comes out fresh and hot with very quick service, making it a great spot for takeout or quick dine-in. The menu features dishes like Schezuan Beef, which is served on rice with broccoli and dried chili peppers, and the "We Make It Slippery" tagline on drinks hints at the famous Slippery Shrimp. The beef is crunchy on the outside and tender inside, with chili oil adding extra flavor. Customers often find the food flavorful and satisfying, and the staff friendly and efficient. Many visitors look forward to trying the Slippery Shrimp, which is known for being crunchy, sweet, sour, and spicy — a dish that many say is the best of its kind. Overall, Yang Chow 2.0 continues to be a favorite for quick, delicious Chinese food in the area.
