We are HUGE Yang Chow fans and were super excited that they opened a Long Beach location so close to our house. Now we don’t have to drive to Chinatown anymore. You can’t go wrong ordering anything from here, it’s all delicious! But, our regular order is Slippery Shrimp, green beans, Yang Chow fried rice, and beef & broccoli. The Slippery Shrimp is really the star of the show. I’m sure the name is lost in translation because it doesn’t sound at all like its name....
This place is great, food comes out fresh and hot with very quick service. My takeout order was ready very quickly. So happy to have Yang Chow and their slippery shrimp closer to home.
Yang Chow is one of my favorite places to eat. I didn't take any photos but the Shrimp fried Rice,Chicken fried rice and the Spring rolls are the best. They have other delicious items on the menu as well. This location is much smaller than the Yang Chow in downtown Los Angeles. The customer service is very good. My family and I are there for Mothers day and it seated nine of us comfortably. It's small and intimate but you can have your meal there they are pretty quick...
