It's fine, but nothing special and kind of expensive for what you get. Prefer Taboon in Bixby Knolls or Green Olive if you need something faster.

Delicious as always! Place is cleaned and staff is friendly. Wish it was a bit quicker for food to be done but the wait is always worth it!

The food was absolutely amazing. Literally the best i've ever tried so far. I think it's the garlic sauce I'm not sure the name of it but it was so bomb i simply still cannot stop thinking about it.

Love Zankou, I have eaten at many of the locations since they opened years ago. Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena. Now in Long Beach!!! So happy they opened one. It's so good!!! Always super busy. I would advise to order in advance.

Love the food but why is it so cold in the dining room?? Everyone dining in is wearing jackets and beanies to stay warm.

The chicken is amazing along side their rice and cucumber salad. I ordered the family meal. Delicious

Waited 20 min for a falafel sandwich. The sandwich was terrible. The falafel was half cooked and they were so bussy they just put the sandwich together in a hurry. Not going back to this location. Parking was very tight.Parking: Sucks

It's always seemed to me that chain restaurants tend to be best right after they've opened up, and that's definitely the case here. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!

Meh. Many years ago I had Zankou Chicken when I lived in Hollywood and remembered it fondly, I was excited about the new location nearby in Long Beach. So we gave it a try. Honestly, the food is good. We had two of the "Mediterranean plates" and sodas. But ~$60 for two of us? At a place where you wait in line to order, then wait for your food to be cooked, then fetch your food, then bus your table. Nah. The sides are tasty but tiny. It's just outrageously expensive. For the same amount of money, Open Sesame in Belmont Shore will serve you more food that's as good or better, and a couple beers, too!

Food is always great been eating Zankou for many years all locations consistently good. Glad to see they finally brought one to LB. Tight little shopping center could have found a better location would be the only thing to complain about. Ordered in advance plenty of times they have always been on time or beaten estimated time.
