“I stop in here frequently and really enjoy the salad bar. It is typically clean and well stocked. The cashiers are always friendly. We stopped in Halloween night after trick or treating and I enjoyed a salad bar and our table ordered a pizza as well. Both were great. The young girl at the register was super kind and professional. Herself and another gentlemen working were very patient with my son requesting change a couple times to play the arcade games. Great experience!“

“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“First time, we had the Burrata app, then the Honey Badger and Foggy Mushroom pizzas. They were all amazing, a friend of ours suggested adding sausage to the mushroom pizza, will def try that next time! We went on a Friday night, there was a line out the door. The hostess took our name and said it would be about 25 minute wait, but it was only 15. Mike, our server, was very friendly and took great care of us, making sure that our 2 year grandson that was with us was well taken care of. Glasses never went empty before another beer was offered, and the food came out quickly. Highly recommended!“

“I hosted my Daughter's 11th birthday party here and it was a hit! the party room is the best in town! I loved it because it's in the back separate from public with plenty of tables and chairs, a HUGE TV, and even a private arcade area! The staff was absolutely incredible and attentive! The salad bar was fresh, the pizza was delicious and I highly recommend it for a party or get together! Thank you Pizza factory Auburn for an incredible experience!!“

“On, Friday, January 24th we came in as a large party (9 adults, and 10 children) with no reservation for a poorly planned birthday celebration. We came in around 4:30, and were told they didn't have the space to accommodate us right then, BUT they would have their large room available in an hour when the waitress running the room started her shift. I know we were so lucky it was available but I just appreciated so much being accommodated considering our poor planning. In the future we will be sure to make a reservation well in advance. We managed to kill an hour, and when we got back and seated in the large room, we realized quickly it was worth the wait. It's a large room with a door, that we had primarily to ourselves the entire time. Our amazing waitress got an order in quickly for breadsticks (which were so delicious) to keep the hungry kids settled. Which was very appreciated. She was just so patient and kind with our chaotic group. She seemed at ease, was friendly and kept everything organized. The food as always was delicious. Everything was so good. The salads, the wings, the pizzas... everything I've come to love at Old town pizza. My absolute favorite pizza place hands down. Aside from the food being consistently delicious, the service here is excellent. The staff is amazing... from the host to the pick up counter. This was my birthday pick and not only was I beyond happy with the experience, so was everyone in my party. Some were new customers who raved about the food and some had never experienced your sit down service before. Everyone walked away full and happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just feel bad I waited so long to write this. I will continue to rave about OTP to anyone who will listen and I will be back again soon. Thank you OTP Roseville.“

It's a very small shop so taking it to go is probably the intention more so than dine in.“

Vegetarian options: The Gourmet Garden thin-crust pizza is absolutely fabulous. The only thing that would make it better is plant-based cheese option that doesn't cost more than the regular cheese option.“

Constantly getting in trouble for drinking dish soap and spilling his freshly harvested beans. Not allowed to wear jorts. Not allowed to frolic in the cabbage fields. That's why I ran as soon as I turned 15. To a better life. A life with my father who owned a crab boat. Spent the next 16 months of my life at sea. I learned lots on that boat, saw lots of things like water, and birds. I even saw a school of tuna once. “The guys that work here are always hustling their butts off! The other day I ordered a pizza online from the parking lot, by the time I got my kids out of the car and went inside to pay, it was ready, not even 5 minutes went by and we were already on our way back home. They always accommodate my quirky special requests (my kids like to eat the pizza sauce by itself, like ice cream, with a spoon while the pizza is cooking). Now when I go to pick up my order, they always have 2 sides of pizza sauce included with our order. It's silly, I know, but I think it's sweet and shows extra effort and kindness. One kid likes pepperoni only, one kid likes sausage only, but they both like LOTS of their 1 preferred topping. I order a sausage & pepperoni pizza, then re-arrange the toppings when we get home so we end up with 1/2 double pepperoni, 1/2 double sausage pie (There's no way to request this doing an online order without paying for 4 toppings when it's really only a 2 topping pizza) I mentioned this once when picking up our order, now they make it that way when they see my name pop up on their orders. Again, I know it's silly, but it's just another small thing that means a lot to me. If you've ever had 2 tired, hungry 4 year-olds complaining about pizza toppings they don't like on their pizza, then you know what I'm talking about, it's a small thing, but a big deal at the same time, I just really like the guys that work here, they're young, but they're always working hard, always super nice, there's never cell phones out that are more important than making orders, I never overhear any vulgarities or cursing from the back room etc. It's always a nice experience coming in here, and my order is always perfect. 😁

“Great pizza! I love the garlic bread with hot honey to dip it in. The “No Name Cakes” are a family favorite. All the flavors are great, but chocolate is the best! You can ask for extra toppings. Red sauce is also tasty. To be honest, i’m not a big fan of the barbecue sauce they use for the barbecue pizza, but I’m picky with BBQ sauce.“
