These pasties are very good. I prefer the beef pasties. My great grandmother amd grandmother, who lived in Ishpeming Michigan for a very long time, used to make them. I grew up loving these and these pasties bring back fond memories.
I'm from the UK and have had genuine Cornish pasties in Cornwall while being attacked by seagulls for the full authentic experience. These are not claiming to be Cornish but they're still the best I've ever eaten with only one exception. They're not a chippie, but I'd never ask them to try fitting a fryer in there, they're already working miracles in such a small space.

My amazing neighbor said “You have to taste these, they are a Long Beach Classic”…so we went and I LOVED the meat pasty, it was hearty, it was homey, it was filling and satisfying…what more can you ask for?, oh yeah, a side of gravy for dipping thank you very much!
