The Pub at Fiddlers Green

Nice place to hang out.

I have to admit that my expectations were not high. Look, it's a base facility and I've been on a few over the years. But I ordered the plank steak, which was called something like, Special Forces something or other, and I'm sorry for not remembering. Anyway, the steak was really, really, thick and very flavorful. It was really tender too. I have to admit I was blown away. I honestly don't know about their consistency to serve it the same way all the time, but wow, it was really good and the price was also excellent. The only thing I wish they would of offered would of been a baked potato, because although you do get two sides, other than the veggies, I wasn't really sold on the others. Would I eat there again?...yes!

There's a new management and I noticed the quality of the employees are very helpful. I can appreciate change and that it stays consistent with the quality of service and the people that are part of that change.
