We were a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed their meals. We ordered lamb, trout, lasagna, pork chop Milanese, and other small plates and salads. James was a wonderful host and took excellent care of our group.
Interesting food, generally good but oddly inconsistent. The trout with kale was weird -- a small dry piece of trout on a bed of tasteless kale. The duck was generous and good but short on accompaniments. The scallop dish with rice was great, as was the seabass special. No bread was offered -- that seems to be the norm these days when you have to pay for everything. Desserts were very good. Wine list OK, generally pricey with goog (but not great) whites at 75-100. Reds much higher....
Food was very good , the waiter was nice but very busy which delayed us getting our drinks. Overal cost for our experience was expensive for that price we feel the service should have been perfect. This won't stop us from coming back.
