OpenTable allowed me to reserve this restaurant but when we got there, the restaurant was closed. No signs of anyone working.
We had a reservation for 28 th December but when got there the restaurant was closed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
They posted on Facebook that they were closing on 1/1/2023, but they were already closed on 12/28! We got to the restaurant to find all the outdoor umbrellas overturned and the restaurant locked up and dark. There wasn't even a sign on the door saying they were closed. We were super disappointed. My husband and I had to scramble to find another restaurant at the last minute to celebrate our special occasion. Why tell people you are closing on 1/1 if you intend to close early? And why take reservations?!!
Nice outdoor meal on a weeknight. The large outdoor space is great, and there are sufficient heaters as long as it's not too cold out. We had the butternut squash salad, which was excellent, as was the salmon main dish. The salmon was perfectly cooked.
Great restaurant - outside dining is charming with plenty of heaters and umbrellas. Menu is an excellent size - not too big but with plenty of choices for both starters and mains. Lamb shank and shepherd's pie were excellent!
this is a lovely location and the aquarium in the dining room adds to the overall sense of serenity. Our waiter was responsive attentive and helpful. The food was beautifully presented and very well prepared, interesting flavors and textures all of which worked very well. Overall, very good experience.
I love this place, even outdoors in the cold! I had the croque madam and it is to die for, dangled preposition and all!!
The ambience is absolutely wonderful. It's definitely on the more expensive side but I love this place!
First time here since Bumble left the area. Food was spectacular, starting with the fresh bread when we sat down. Could have made a meal out of it alone! Only drawback was the long wait for our entrees. But we were told one of the ovens was down at the moment and they were trying to play catchup with the orders. Not their fault. The whole staff was truly wonderful! We ate indoors but the outdoor dining area is tremendous...very large for a small restaurant. All entrees were amazing. The crunchy chocolate layer cake was a masterpiece. Will DEFINITELY return as often as possible!
Really nice outdoor seating area. Lobster and brioche is really good. Pasta may have been better with something acidic to balance the fat/pasta.

Nice and lace. Patio is great. Food is good but plates are not well balanced: too much meat, not enough sides. Also, this is quite expensive. That being said ambiance is nice and this is Los Altos...
I took some friends here for their first time because the food and desserts never disappoint here. On top of the fabulous food, drinks and desserts; Anna was a great server and made our dining experience even more pleasurable. It was a wonderful evening.
You must order the duck fat washed bourbon cocktail, root vegetable salad (fall) and duck entree (such a great value, not just 2 tiny pieces!)! The two fruity cocktails I tried were NOT sweet at all. The only things I would note would be no table bread (so we ordered potatoes for a starch however everything else was so amazingly delicious and rich that we didn't really need it and couldn't tell in the moment that they were cooked with duck fat). My taqueria burrito loving spouse LOVED it!
Our first time at this restaurant and it won't be out last. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious. We had the Red Lettuce and anchovy salad. It was OK, the anchovies were sparse. We had the lamb shank which was one of the best I have ever had. It was tender, flavorful and well presented/seasoned. My wife had the black cod market fish. It was amazing. Tons of flavor the only set back was no spoon to get all the broth! Great place. I would highly recommend.
We brought two 2 year Olds with us. The menu is more suited for adults. One of the servers said they could make something for them. They brought them a grilled cheese and fries. With that kind of service, I will be going back. The food was good but the service was even better!
