Chef Chu’s is one of our favorite Cantonese style restaurants in the South Bay. The food is always delicious, and the service is great! Their fried wontons are light and crispy and not greasy. I love the prawn sauté or prawns with broccoli. My husband loves the crispy Sichuan beef. Their chow mein is also lovely! There are also plenty of vegetarian options.
